Michael  Mehdizadeh specializes in commercial real estate assets in the Southern California market with extensive experience in the Retail, NNN/1031Exchange sector. I worked in the commercial real estate market for over 15 years. I represented leading private investors, financial institutions and lenders, developers and retailers on asset management, and NNN portfolio sales on a national level. In August of 2003, I joined Advance Investment Group to focus on Net Leased NNN retail investment sales, industrial and office properties, 1031 exchange buyers, sale/leasebacks, and Tenant-In-Common “TIC” ownership with a concentrated focus serving clients in Southern California.
